Beautiful, colorful and FUN!! Designer dresses from "Pep Cannes."

I met a fabulous dress designer, Martine, in her dress shop in Cannes, France.  We struck up a conversation and became quick friends.  Martine is incredibly talented and we are honored to be the only one in the USA who carries her dresses.  They are flowy and comfortable cotton dresses and each comes with a color match belt to give you a cinched in, tiny waist look.
